No Sweat Techs is a local owner-operated technology solutions company proudly serving Rhode Island & Massachusetts. We specialize in Home Automation System Installations ("Smart Homes"), Residential and Commercial Camera Surveillance and Security Systems, Small Business Technology Solutions, Remote/In-home Personal Device Support, and more.

I’ve experienced first-hand the frustration that my parents have felt dealing with technology. My dad was what they call a "technophobe". I remember his apprehension when I replaced his old VHS player with an Apple TV. However, after spending some time showing him how to use the new technology, and some practice on his end, he was thrilled to be able to watch all of his favorite TV shows and movies. 

As life progressed, and the distance between my family members grew, I realized the crucial role technology could play in keeping us all connected and safe. I took pride in helping my parents learn to use applications like Facetime to take phone calls to a new level. There's nothing like being able to see your mother's face on Christmas morning from miles away!
